The Canadian Polish Lowland Sheepdog Club (CPONC) Inc., is the parent breed club for the Polish Lowland Sheepdog in Canada.

The Polish Lowland Sheepdog is referred to as the PON in Canada, the United States and Poland.  In some European countries they are known as Nizinnies.
